There are many dog books out there – too many. But only a few good ones!
During our education to become dog trainers we have collected what we would like to call a mini library on specialist literature – covering all aspects in a dog’s life: Puppies’ first needs, breed varieties and characteristics, nutrition, health, training, impulse control, instincts, conditioning and neuropsychology- you name it. And of course the standard works by Dorit Feddersen-Petersen, Udo Gansloßer, Claudia Fugazza or Eric Ziemen are also part of our collection. And yes, we also have one or two books from the TV-trainers Cesar Millan and Martin Rütter – although we are not in favour of one or the other and their training methods – however, we think that one should have a broad and extensive knowledge and look at things from all kinds of angles.
Specialist Literature is of course quite expense. Our customers, however, can rent these books for a small fee.
You can find a detailed list of our specialist literature right here.
